• Outdoor space size:
10' x 10' at $90 for 2 days. •
You
must furnish your own tables, etc.

• Set-up permitted the
Friday before sale, AFTER 6:00 P.M. - Patrolmen on duty Friday and Saturday
nights.

• No persons allowed in
booth area after selling hours. • No electricity
provided, and NO generators allowed.

• All spaces not
occupied by 10:00 a.m. Saturday will be resold with NO refunds due the
original space-holder.

• THIS IS A
"RAIN-OR-SHINE" EVENT! NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON ACCOUNT OF WEATHER.

Personal checks accepted only through
January 31st; thereafter, ONLY money orders or
cashier's checks will be accepted for payment! No refunds after February
15th, 2010.

space(s) at $90.00 each for two days. I understand that all merchandise must
be contained within the space allotted. I hereby agree to remove from the
premises any items deemed objectionable by the Dandelion Committee, and that
the Lions Club/Dandelion Committee is not responsible for
theft, loss or damage to space holder's property nor liable for injury
to space holder or their workers. I further agree to hold harmless the Lions
Club/Dandelion Days Committee from any claim of injury or damage to goods, to
workers, or from any claims of workers or third persons arising from the
products or actions of the space holder. Note: spaceholders have NO CLAIM to
any specific space unless confirmed in writing by the committee! This is a
"rain-or-shine" event. NO refunds will be given on account of
weather.
